Settled in Cascais, Janes Beach & Surf House is an accommodation where nature is the predominant scenario, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A few minutes away, you can enjoy Praia do Guincho, a Portuguese beach famous for its good surf, kite and windsurfing. Janes Beach & Surf House needed to manage the availability of rooms in various booking channels (AirBNB, Booking.com and others) to avoid overbooking and at the same time reduce the volume of commissions that compromised part
of their profit. We have developed a software to manage reservations with dynamic prices by occupancy rate, integrated with all booking channels. We have also created a mobile app to manage the entire customer relationship displaying
offers for additional services such as Rent a Car, Bikes etc.
